Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Users


1. Purpose of This Agreement

By booking an appointment with Vetzi, you agree to receive veterinary care via telemedicine, conducted by a licensed Florida veterinarian using secure video (Zoom or similar). This agreement sets expectations and outlines the scope, responsibilities, and limitations of virtual veterinary care.




2. Non-Emergency Use Only


Vetzi provides care for non-emergency situations only.We do not treat conditions including but not limited to:• Trauma, bleeding, collapse, or seizures• Severe pain or labored breathing. Toxic ingestion or poisoning• Any life-threatening situation


🚨If your pet is in crisis, please seek immediate care at an
emergency veterinary hospital.


3. Eligibility & Service Area

Vetzi currently serves pet parents in the state of Florida.

We provide care for:• Dogs• Cats

We do not currently treat exotic pets, birds, reptiles, or smal, mammals.


4. Nature of Virtual Care


You acknowledge and understand that:

• Telemedicine has inherent limitations compared to in-person exams

• Our veterinarians will follow

Florida’s veterinary telehealth laws and do their best within those Guidelines

• Some cases may require in-person exams, diagnostic testing, or. emergency care• You are responsible for deciding whether to

pursue.further in-person care


5. Prescriptions & Pharmacy Fulfillment

If appropriate, the attending veterinarian may prescribe

medication. You may choose to:

• Fill your prescription through our online pharmacy partner, or

• Use your preferred local pharmacy


Vetzi is not a pharmacy and assumes no responsibility for:

• Pharmacy delays or delivery issues

• Fulfillment or accuracy of prescription orders

• Adverse reactions or improper use of medications


6. Your Responsibilities as Pet Owner

By booking a Vetzi appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date health information about your pet.
• Follow the veterinarian’s recommendations to the best of

your ability
• Administer medications as prescribed

• Complete any necessary pharmacy steps for fulfillment
• Seek emergency or in-person care when advised to do so

• Accept responsibility for your pet’s care and treatment.

7. Consent to Virtual Veterinary Care

By attending a virtual appointment, you confirm that:
• You understand the benefits and risks of veterinary telehealth

• You consent to receive virtual veterinary services

• You understand that no outcome, diagnosis, or result is

guaranteed
• You release Vetzi, its veterinarians, and

affiliated staff from legal liability for treatment outcomes

related to virtual care


8. Confidentiality & Records

HarmoniaVet™ stores records securely in a password-protected environment.

You may request a written summary of your visit.

We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your

information and will never sell or share personal or pet medical

data outside of care delivery.


9. Payments & Refunds
• All appointments are prepaid at booking
• Refunds are only granted if:
o A technical error prevents the appointment
o A Vetzi provider cancels the session


No refunds will be issued for completed consultations.


10. Use of AI Tools (Coming Soon)

Vetzi may provide access to AI-powered tools (e.g. a

symptom checker) for educational purposes only. These tools:
• Are not medical devices

• Do not provide a diagnosis

• Should not replace consultation with a licensed veterinarian
