Vetzi is an online marketplace that allows licensed veterinarians (“Vets”) to provide veterinary telemedicine recommendations, advice, and prescriptions (where permitted by law) to pet owners (“Clients”) for pets and service animals (“Pets”).
For the purposes of these Terms:
Veterinary telemedicine refers to the delivery of veterinary care using communication technologies where the Vet and Client/Pet are not in the same physical location.
In some jurisdictions, both video and audio communication may be required.
USE OF THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR EMERGENCIES.
If your pet has a medical emergency, or if at any time you are concerned about your pet’s condition, please immediately contact or visit the nearest veterinary clinic or emergency veterinary hospital.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between:

And Vetzi Inc. (“Vetzi”, “We”, or “Us”)

Vetzi provides a platform where licensed veterinarians may offer telemedicine consultations and recommendations for pets where legally permitted.

Online pharmacy services through Vetzi Rx Online Pharmacy
Saver: 2–4 business days
Cut-off time: 12:00 PM CST
Express: Within 2 business days
Cut-off time: 2:00 PM CST
Next Day: Next business day
Cut-off time: 2:00 PM CST
Orders placed after cut-off times are processed the next business day.
Vetzi Rx does not ship on weekends.
Once medication orders are dispensed and prepared for shipping, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Vetzi does not provide veterinary medical services directly.
Vetzi acts solely as:
A technology platform
A communication facilitator
A service marketplace
All veterinarians using the platform:
Are independent licensed practitioners
Are not employees or agents of Vetzi
Are solely responsible for:
Veterinary advice
Treatment decisions
Prescriptions
Compliance with applicable laws
Obtaining informed consent where required
Content on Vetzi is not a substitute for:
In-person veterinary care
Diagnosis
Emergency treatment
Professional medical examination
Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet’s health and treatment needs.
To access certain features, users must create an account.
Maintain accurate and updated information
Keep login credentials confidential
Notify Vetzi immediately of unauthorized access
Vetzi reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Request identity verification
Deny access to Services
Investigate suspected misuse or violations
Users are permitted to maintain only one account per individual.
Vetzi grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
Unauthorized use may result in:
Account suspension
Legal action
Termination of access
All content, software, branding, logos, interfaces, and intellectual property on Vetzi are owned or licensed by Vetzi and its affiliates.

Any Vetzi intellectual property without written permission.
Users may not use Vetzi Services for unlawful or prohibited activities.

Harassment, abusive, or offensive content
Violating privacy rights
Data scraping or automated extraction

Users may communicate through Vetzi messaging systems.
However, users may not:
Send spam
Share abusive content
Conduct off-platform solicitation
Share unauthorized promotional content
Personal information obtained through Vetzi may only be used for legitimate platform-related communications.
Users must protect the confidentiality of other users’ personal information.

Other submissions
Users are solely responsible for the content they post.

By posting content, users grant Vetzi a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with Vetzi Services.
Clients booking services through Vetzi acknowledge that:
Veterinary services are provided directly by independent veterinarians.
Pharmacy services are provided by third-party pharmacy partners.
Consultation fees
Pharmacy dispensing fees
Vetzi platform service fees
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
Users are responsible for:
Applicable taxes
Currency conversion fees
Bank processing fees
Consultation fees are generally non-refundable unless:
A consultation ends in less than three minutes
The veterinarian fails to attend the appointment
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Vetzi.
Refund determinations are made solely at Vetzi’s discretion.
Vetzi does not provide insurance coverage for veterinary services.
Clients are responsible for obtaining any desired pet insurance coverage.
Veterinarians are responsible for maintaining appropriate professional liability insurance coverage.
When accessing Vetzi through mobile devices:
Carrier data and messaging rates may apply
Users are responsible for all associated charges
Platform functionality may vary depending on network providers and devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Vetzi and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Loss of profits
Loss of data
Personal injury claims
Service interruptions
Third-party service failures
Use of Vetzi Services is at the user’s own risk.
Vetzi does not guarantee:
Successful treatment outcomes
Continuous platform availability
Error-free services
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vetzi, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
