Services are not a substitute for:
In-person veterinary examinations

Diagnostic procedures requiring physical presence
Prescriptions or treatment recommendations are subject to local veterinary telehealth regulations and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
By using MyVetzi, you agree that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You will provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including:
Age
Breed
Medical history
Symptoms
You are responsible for:
Following the veterinarian’s advice
Ensuring your pet’s safety
Seeking immediate emergency care when necessary
MyVetzi is not an emergency veterinary service.
If your pet is experiencing any life-threatening condition, including but not limited to:
Seizures
Severe bleeding
Difficulty breathing
Poisoning
Trauma
Please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital immediately.
All appointments must be booked and paid for through the MyVetzi platform.
Fees are displayed prior to booking and must be paid in full.
Cancellations or rescheduling are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
MyVetzi, its veterinarians, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We do not guarantee that every consultation will result in a diagnosis or successful treatment.
You acknowledge that MyVetzi acts as a telehealth facilitator and does not replace the legal responsibility of a licensed veterinarian physically examining your pet when required.
All content, branding, software, and design on MyVetzi are the intellectual property of MyVetzi and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Your personal data and pet health records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we take reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee 100% protection against unauthorized access.
MyVetzi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Provide false information
Misuse the platform

Engage in abusive behavior toward veterinarians or staff
